You can browse public pages and use the basic editor without creating a MemeHub account. The site records limited product and performance events through Vercel Analytics so the project can understand which pages help people find templates and complete an export.

These events may include a page type, template slug or sanitized template name, editor format, export profile, result count, sanitized internal-search text, and Core Web Vitals such as LCP, INP, and CLS. Search terms are trimmed, shortened, and obvious email addresses and phone numbers are redacted before the event is sent. The SEO events are not designed to send caption text, uploaded image contents, or private query strings.

MemeHub may also receive ordinary technical information from hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers, such as a browser, device, approximate location, IP address, and request timing. Those providers process information under their own policies and contracts.

MemeHub may load Google AdSense on public pages only after the visitor allows advertising services and the deployment has enabled the advertising flag. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Advertising cookies can be used for contextual or personalized advertising depending on the settings available for the visitor and the publisher account.

Depending on the feature you use, the application can also request media or processing services such as Cloudinary, Giphy, Replicate, or other providers configured by the project. A provider is contacted only when the relevant feature requires it; review that provider's privacy and terms pages before submitting material you do not own.

The basic image editor is designed to process ordinary edits in the browser. Some advanced or animated features can upload media to a configured processing service so that a file can be converted or downloaded. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or third-party material unless you have the permission and rights needed for that feature.

MemeHub does not promise permanent storage for generated files, temporary jobs, or third-party media. Keep a local copy of anything important, and do not assume that a public template or image is free for commercial reuse. The original creator's rights and the rules of the platform where you share the result still apply.

You can choose “Continue without advertising” in MemeHub's preference prompt, block or delete cookies through your browser, use available Google advertising controls, and enable your browser's Do Not Track preference. MemeHub's analytics boundary drops page views, product events, and deferred Web Vitals when the browser reports Do Not Track. Browser settings may affect editor preferences and the availability of some features.

For a data question, correction request, or removal concern, use the MemeHub contact page or reach out through @fardeentwt on X or the public GitHub repository. Include enough context to identify the request, but do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

This disclosure describes the current product implementation and is not legal advice. Applicable privacy, cookie-consent, children's privacy, and data-rights obligations depend on where the site and its visitors operate. The site owner should review those obligations and configure a Google-certified consent-management platform before enabling AdSense for visitors in regions where consent is required; this local preference gate is not a substitute for that regional compliance setup.
