MemeHub

Terms

These terms describe the current rules for using MemeHub's website, meme template library, and browser-based creation tools.

Last updated August 23, 2026

Using MemeHub

You may browse public pages and use the available creation tools for lawful, responsible purposes. Some features may be experimental, limited, unavailable in a region, or changed without notice. Creating an account is not required for the basic browser editor.

You are responsible for the captions, images, video, audio, and other material you submit or export. Check the rules of the service where you share a finished meme, especially when the content includes a real person, a brand, a public figure, or a third-party work.

Your content and rights

You keep responsibility for the content you create or upload. Before submitting material, make sure you have the permission, licence, or other legal basis required for the way you plan to use it. Do not upload confidential documents, private conversations, personal data, or material you are not allowed to process.

MemeHub does not claim ownership of your original captions or original media. The basic editor may process files in your browser, while animated, video, discovery, translation, or other advanced features may send material to the provider required for that feature. See the Privacy page for the current provider and data-practice disclosures.

Third-party media and templates

MemeHub's template library may include recognizable formats, public references, or media supplied through third-party sources. A template being visible in the library does not promise that it is free for commercial use, that a depicted person endorses a result, or that every downstream use is permitted.

Review the original source, licence, attribution requirements, publicity and privacy concerns, and the rules of your destination before using a template or discovered image outside a personal experiment. If you believe a public page contains material that should be removed, contact the project with the URL and the reason for the request.

Uploads and processing

Temporary files, generated outputs, processing jobs, and third-party media may not be stored permanently. Keep a local copy of anything important. Processing providers can have their own retention, security, and usage terms, so review the relevant provider disclosure before submitting sensitive material.

Do not use MemeHub to test unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade rate limits, harass people, impersonate a person or organization, or create content that violates applicable law or the rules of the service where it is shared.

Acceptable use

  • Respect people's privacy, consent, intellectual-property rights, and safety.
  • Do not use the service to target protected groups, threaten someone, or expose sensitive personal information.
  • Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its supporting services.
  • Do not present generated or edited media as an authentic statement or event when that would mislead people.

Availability and changes

MemeHub is provided as an evolving project. Features, templates, limits, integrations, and processing providers may change, be interrupted, or be removed. The site does not promise that a particular export, template, file, or workflow will always be available.

These terms may be updated when the product or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest published version. If you have a question, correction request, or removal concern, use the MemeHub contact page or contact the project through @fardeentwt on X or the public GitHub repository.

This page describes the current product rules and is not legal advice. The site owner should review these terms for the jurisdictions and services in which MemeHub operates.
